The Summit - Annual Knowledge Exchange and Networking Day at UHCW NHS Trust

The Research and Development Summit took place at the University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire on Friday 5th July and the Midlands Health Alliance held a stand.

There were many engaging masterclasses and lectures attended by over 150 staff and researchers from across UHCW and local institutions. Their keynote Speaker was Professor Shervanthi Homer-Vanniasinkam presenting on the topic of 'Surgery, Science & Serendipity'.

The Research & Development Team at UHCW proudly brought their annual knowledge exchange and networking day. The event was held for those staff and collaborative partners who wished to:

• Develop their understanding of research and development by hearing from colleagues and partners who play an active role in these areas.

• Seek advice/support on implementing their research project, developing their research ideas or growing their research careers

• Grow a network of like-minded colleagues and associates to catalyse, change or enhance their own personal development.

The Midlands Health Alliance held a stand at this annual knowledge exchange and networking day which was a great success. We always enjoy opportunities to talk to individuals and hear about the amazing work coming from the midlands.
