Professor of Experimental Hepatology

Professor Philip Newsome is Director of Research and Knowledge Transfer for the College of Medical & Dental Sciences. The College has over 1,500 staff and brings together healthcare-related research and education including medicine, dentistry, nursing, physiotherapy and biomedical sciences. Philip is also Director of the Birmingham NIHR Biomedical Research Centre.
